A rather elusive book - in 1977 a book club called The Leisure Circle (TLC) published an edition of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. This was done in association with Jonathan Cape and is very similar to the Cape 10th edition (also 1977). The main differences are the TLC logo to the spine of the book and dust jacket, the blank back to the dust jacket and mentions of TLC on the title and printing information pages. If your copy does not have a TLC logo on the spine then you have the standard Cape edition of OHMSSEditions and pricing variants found with this artwork
Four copies of this book have been examined of which three have the TLC mentions on the title page and printing info page. The other copy has the TLC logo to the spine but inside has standard Cape pages, this suggests excess Cape pages were used for some copies of the TLC edition.
