General Notes

Other than the proof dust jacket not having clipped corners and the "Probable publication date" text, there are only a few minor differences.  The most obvious being that the copyright notice for the dust jacket artwork is assigned to Ian Fleming in the proof but to Richard Chopping in the published 1st edition.
