The 3rd printing 1958 has been found with 2’6 printed to the cover The 4th printing 1959 has been found with 2’6 printed to the cover No printing that says 5th edition has yet been found. There are 2 different editions that say 6th printing 1960 (see photos) it may be that due to a printing error one of these is really the 5th and no edition that says 5th printing exists.
