Collectors Notes The first edition dust jacket has the authors name in black, later editions have it in white. The Dr No on the spine should be white - the example shown has typical fading. There are two variants of the first edition - with and without the shadow of a dancing girl to the cover. Editions without the dancing girl are less common and perhaps more valuable (although sellers often claim which ever variant they are selling is the rarer of the two), The book seems more susceptible to heavy foxing that the other titles.
