Collectors notes

​The white text on the spine sometimes darkens in the sun, sometimes the perforations in the cover get damaged. Copies are plentiful so look for a copy in very good or fine condition. A few copies have been found where there are no perforations to the cover (see photo). If you have such a copy you are willing to sell or trade please get in touch.
