General Notes

​This rather unusual / uncommon book is a Cape 1st edition with blue boards rather than the usual black ones. Only a small number were produced and nearly all were supplied to libraries so few survive. Most copies have a red stain to the page edges but one copy has been found without (see photo) this copy is also unusual as it has no signs of being used as a library copy.
